Scanning Manager Window

Simply enter in your scan’s criteria, the data you want to scan and the date at which the criteria needs to be met, and Market Analyst does the rest.

The Scanning Manager can be broken up into nine main sections.

Saved Scans

The Saved Scans section lists all previously created / saved scans.

From this window you can open the Scan Creation Wizard via the New Scan button, or Delete an existing scan.

Scans Window

Displays the criteria being used for the selected scan. 

From this window you can Add additional criteria to the scan, Remove criteria from the selected scan, or Edit the criteria properties for the selected scan.

Data Groups Window

Displays the data group(s) being scanned.

From this window you and Add and Remove data groups for the selected scan.

Date Range Window

Scanning Buttons

Allows you to save changes to the selected scan.

Allows you to save the changes made to an existing scan under a new name (leaving the original intact).

Starts the selected scan.

Help Button

Click on this button to view the online articles available on the scanning manager.

Stop Scan Button

Allows you to stop the scan before it is completed.

Progress Bar

Displays the progress and time remaining of the scan that’s currently being ran.

Scan Results Window

Displays the results of the scan.

(Code, Name, Date passed, etc).

From this window you can select what to do with the results (create a workbook for example), print results, delete codes from the result list, and adjust the filter.
