To resolve this issue you will need to run through the following procedure ....
Settings Adjustment for Trend Micro
Locate the Trend Micro system icon on the bottom right corner of your screen and double click it..
>The programs control console window will display. Locate the Internet & Email Controls button on the left hand side and left click it. Listed under the Protection Against Web Threats header will be a link called Settings. Left click this link once.

In the window displayed, locate the link called Approved Websites and left click it once.

In the window displayed, left click on the Add button.

In the window displayed enter the following:
http://69.59.175.168/Click OK
Close back to the Desktop.
The updater should now run without displaying the Temp.zip error message. To run the updater without opening Market Analyst 6 go to the following folder:C:\Program Files\Market Analyst\
Locate the file called MAUpdater.exe and run it.
If the issue continues ...
If the Market Analyst program doesn't open after the above procedure has been completed you can also try the following:Download the latest setup file from here:
http://www.market-analyst.com/Market-Analyst-Downloads.html?name=WEB
Run the newly downloaded setup file, first you will need to remove the existing program files, then re-install the program (your existing settings and work will not be effected by this).
Please ensure that all firewall and anti-virus software is disabled during this process.
