If after running a program update you encounter a problem which is preventing you from using the program or accessing your work, you can revert to the previous build using the following process:
Process for Reverting Market Analyst
- Open Market Analyst
- Ensure no charts are open.
- Click on the Help menu and select the Revert to Previous Version option.
- You will be asked to confirm the action. Left click the Yes button.
- Market Analyst will automatically restart. Once restarted you will be using the previous stable build.


Note: If you do need to revert Market Analyst back to a previous build please ensure you contact the Market Analyst support team with details of the issue. This way we can ensure the problem is looked at and resolved as soon as possible.
