In a recent program update to Market Analyst 6 the ability to include Actions and Templates on the programs tool bar was added.  This includes actions such as changing time frames, changing pages, and opening various chart styles.

Adding Actions

To add an action to the tool bar, right click on the tool bar.  In the menu displayed left click on the Add Action option.

The following window will display:

Click on the drop down arrow next to Action and a list of available options will be displayed.  Left click on the desired action.

The Code is the text that will display in the tool bar.

The Image option allows you to select an icon for the specific action as it’s displayed in the tool bar.

Once all selections have been made, left click on the Save button.  The action will then be added to the tool bar.

Adding Templates

Adding templates uses the same method listed above, however the available selections are limited to existing templates only.

Removing an Item from the Tool Bar

To remove an item from the tool bar, right click on it, and in the menu displayed left click the Delete Custom Tool option.
