If you are unsure what video card you're running you can run through the following process to find the details:
- Click on the Start button (orb).
- In the Start Search box type in DXDIAG and press enter.
- In the window that opens, click the Display 1 page tab.
- The Name and Manufacturer will cover the make and model of your Video Card.
