When you attempt to login to Market Analyst 5 an error message is displayed stating the details can not be found on our security servers. 



This article will take you through resolving this issue.

Step 1

The User Name and Password are case sensitive.  If you've manually entered the login details (rather than copy and paste from an email) you need to ensure you've entered capitals where indicated.

Step 2

You can have your existing login details emailed to you so you can copy and paste them directly from an email.  The link to do this is located on the login screen, below the Remember Password checkbox:



Left click the "Click Here" link.  You will be prompted to enter your user name or email address:



Enter in your email address and click the OK button.  Your login details will be emailed to you within a minute or so.  If the email does not arrive after 5 minutes you may need to check your SPAM folder.
