This article will take you through the process of manually updating End of Day data in Market Analyst 6.

Updating Data

1. Open Market Analyst whilst connected to the internet ( If Market Analyst is already open please close all work books)

2. Left click on the Settings menu located at the top of the screen.

3. In the menu displayed left click the Advanced Data Settings option.



4. Under the exchange tab locate the exchange you would like to update (ASX Shares for example).

5. Located on the right hand side of the window will be a drop down option called Last Date Downloaded.  Adjust this setting to 1 day earlier than the data gap.



6. Click on the Download Daily Data button, then click OK.

You should see the data download process running on the bottom right corner of the program.  Once this has finished your data should be updated.
