 Navigation Tips

·         Holding down the Shift key when expanding / compressing bars via the history bar distributes the change evenly between the left and right of the chart.

·         Double clicking on the history slider will reset the zoom level and set the view back to the far right of the chart.

·         You can disable the Nav Console on your chart by left clicking on blank area of the chart and unticking the Show Movement Control checkbox on the left panel.

·         If you move the location of the Nav Console on the chart, the location will be saved, so the next time you open a chart the Nav Console will automatically display in the same location.

·         You can adjust the vertical price scale by left clicking and holding the mouse button down while over the price scale, and dragging your mouse up or down.

·         When a price scale no longer automatically updates the high and low (because you have manually adjusted the price scale settings), a padlock icon will display on the top right corner of the chart window.  Left clicking on this padlock will restore the automated scale functions.  Left clicking on the chart and pressing Esc on your keyboard will have the same effect.

The current bar number setting (your chart’s zoom level) is displayed on the bottom right corner of the history bar slider.
