Pivot Point scan

The Pivot Point scan searches for a specific bar pattern, pivoting either in a low or high direction.

These settings would scan for when a bar's low is lower than the low of the previous bar, and lower than the low of the next bar. The Pivot Point scan would be applied to a Daily chart.

The date showed in the Scanning Manager will be for this bar.

•             Pivot Low Point:               Select this option to scan for when the low of a bar is lower than the low of the previous and next bar.

•             Pivot High Point:             Select this option to scan for when the high of a bar is higher than the high of the previous and next bar.
