With the release of Market Analyst 5.3 Build 28 you now have the option to hide these selection points if desired.

Disabling Tool Selection Points

1.  Open Market Analyst 5
2.  Click on the Settings menu and select General Settings from the list displayed.
3.  In the window that opens left click the Chart Properties page tab displayed on the left hand side.
4.  Locate the checkbox called "Show selection points when mouse over tool".  Untick this checkbox.
5.  Click OK

The selection points will no longer display when you hover your mouse cursor over a tool.  The selections points will only display once the tool has been selected by left clicking it.
